Q Burn is the perfect blend of Barre and Pilates style workouts that can be done anywhere. If you’re looking to tighten up your core and increase your muscle endurance, this program is for you.

What to Expect
Full-body sculpting using body weight, light weights, bands, gliders, and balls. Barre will have some cardio with both low and high impact options. Pilates focuses heavily on the core and spinal mobility. Three workouts per week, each done twice with one rest day.
