Q COMBAT

Combat is based on traditional Physical Fitness Tests that military personnel and servicemen must perform. During the program you will test and work to improve your pushups, pull ups, plank time, and mile time.

What to Expect

You will test your Max Push Ups, Pull Ups, Plank Time, and Mile Time during the first week of the program. Then you will begin training toward improving your numbers throughout the program. You will retest every 5 weeks to track your progress.
