Each day you’ll have the option between a home or gym workout, which is great for an on-the-go lifestyle. Home workouts are follow-along and can be streamed to the tv, while gym workouts come with tutorial videos for each exercise.

Home: Dumbbells and bodyweight
Gym: Commercial Gym Equipment
Schedule
Home and gym workouts are scheduled 5 days a week and a cardio day on Saturdays.
