What to Expect
This program uses mainly free-weight training modalities. You won’t be using any machines. (Giant sets, sets/reps, compound and isolation movements).
Equipment
Gym Free-Weight Equipment (ie. Barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bands, Boxes, etc.)

4 Days Per Week. M/Tu/Th/F
