WOD is a CrossFit style program that incorporates strength work and metabolic conditioning to get you into great shape.

What to Expect
Each workout you will start out with a compound movement such as Bench, Squat, Deadlift, or Strict Press. Each week you will progress in these movements. You will also have assistance work and conditioning to leave you drenched in sweat once you finish.

Schedule
4 Days Per Week with Additional Active Recovery Days.
